About Dan Rowe

First licensed as an agent in January 1991, I have been a Realtor serving hundreds of buyers and sellers in the Boise Idaho area ever since. Millions in production- sure, but I've never been concerned with being a top producer- only serving each client to the best of my ability. A decent living and some time to enjoy it is all anyone can ask for- right?

Formerly know as "Repoman" Dan, I started my career as a buyer's agent helping home buyers and investors purchase foreclosed homes; HUD, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other government & bank-owned properties. I became the designated broker for Realty Center overseeing up to 10 agents until I started my own company in 2007. I was even on Property Line Today on the radio for a time.

In addition to my sales experience, I've also self-managed my own rentals and maintained/remodeled a bunch of homes. My experience in construction will benefit you when we are touring and evaluating homes. 

I love Idaho for the friendly people, low crime, low cost of living, four distinct seasons and wealth of recreational opportunities within easy driving distance. (My thing is fishing for steelhead and salmon, hiking and camping.) I love Idaho's wildlife, crystal clean rivers & lakes and beautiful mountains (especially the Sawtooths).
