Numbers are in for the first quarter. Ada County's median existing home price of $529,900 increased only slightly (8/10ths of a percent) during Q1. Year over year, the Ada County median is up 9.53% from the previous first quarter. Note the big jumps in last three second quarters.
Canyon County's median existing home price of $395,000 increased 2.6% during the first quarter and was also up 2.6% year over year.
